Returns

Items may be returned within 15 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

A proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be included with all return requests.

Before sending back any item, please email us clear images of the product and its packaging, clearly showing the issue. This helps us verify that the item meets return eligibility.

Used, damaged, or mishandled products (including those showing normal wear and tear) are not eligible for return.

Customized or personalized items (e.g., with names, numbers, or logos) cannot be returned unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Final Sale / Clearance Items: Products labeled as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or discounted 40% or more are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless defective or incorrect upon delivery.
Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

If you received a defective or incorrect item, Xtreme11 will cover the full return shipping cost.
Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

To request an exchange (e.g., for a different size, model, or product), please contact our support team before returning your item.

As with returns, clear images of the product and a reason for exchange must be provided before shipment.
