Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Customized or personalized Xtreme11 products (e.g., bats with engraved names or logos) may take 5–10 business days before dispatch.
Delivery Times (Estimated)
Canada: 3–7 business days (standard shipping)
USA: 4–8 business days (standard shipping)
Caribbean: 7–14 business days (standard shipping, depending on location)

Shipping Costs
Flat-rate shipping applies at checkout, based on your region and order size.
Free shipping promotions may be offered on select products or when your order meets a minimum value.
If your order qualified for free shipping but is later returned, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund (as detailed in our Returns & Refund Policy).
Tracking Your Order

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped to the USA and Caribbean may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses.
Oversized or bulk items (such as cricket nets or training kits) may require additional shipping fees. Customers will be notified before confirming their order.
